Do I need another email tool?
No. Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace and Marsen sends from it. If you already use Mailchimp Transactional, SendGrid or Amazon SES for bigger lists, you can connect that instead.
Will emails come from my own address?
Yes. People see your name and your email address, and their replies come back to you. Follow-ups arrive in the same thread as your first email.
How does Marsen avoid looking like spam?
It sends at a human pace within a daily limit you set, writes each email for the person it goes to, includes your business address and an unsubscribe link, and stops following up as soon as someone replies or opts out.
When it researches new leads, it only uses roles and addresses that businesses publish themselves, and you approve every lead before anything is sent.
Can I bring my contacts from Mailchimp or HubSpot?
Yes. Export your audience or contacts as a CSV and import it. Marsen recognizes the usual columns, and keeps people who only have a phone number.
Can Marsen send texts?
Yes, in the US. Marsen gets you a toll-free number and handles the carrier registration. Texts only go to people who agreed to receive them, and replying STOP always works.
Who can see my data?
Your contacts and campaigns belong to you and are only used to run your campaigns. You can delete them at any time. Read more in our privacy notice.

We’ll announce paid plans by email before anything changes, and you choose whether to continue.
