One place for who, what and when.
A campaign in Marsen is three answers: who gets it, what it says and when it goes. Marsen fills in each one for you, then you check it and press send.
Who gets it
Find the right people, or bring your own
Start from the people you already have, or let Marsen look for new ones.
- Find new leads. Describe your ideal customer and Marsen researches matching businesses, the best person to contact at each and a reason to reach out now. You approve every one.
- Import a list. Exports from Mailchimp, HubSpot or any spreadsheet work as they are.
- Collect sign-ups. Put a signup form on your site; new people join your audience on their own.
- Personas. Marsen sorts your contacts into the kinds of people you serve, so you can pick “PTA volunteers” instead of building filters.

Priya Nair, buyer · new accessories wall this spring90
Front desk · sponsors a youth racing team86
Every lead links to the page it came from. Contacts are publicly listed roles and addresses; nothing is guessed.
What it says
Emails that sound like you wrote them
Marsen reads your website and brand notes once, then writes every campaign in that voice, with a reason to write that’s specific to each person.
- A whole sequence. The first email and the follow-ups, spaced over days, each with a different job.
- Personal openers. For new leads, the first line mentions something real about their business.
- Edit like a document. Change any word, or ask: “shorter”, “more casual”, “mention the spring sale”.
- Texts too. Add a text message to any campaign for people who agreed to get texts.
When it goes
Sent from your address, at a pace that looks human
Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace in two clicks, or a sending service like Mailchimp, SendGrid or Amazon SES for bigger lists.
- From your own inbox. Emails go out one by one from your Gmail, a minute or so apart, within a daily limit you choose.
- Follow-ups thread. They arrive in the same conversation as your first email.
- The rules handled. Every email carries your business address and an unsubscribe link; unsubscribes are honored right away.
- Always on. Welcome emails go to new sign-ups automatically, whenever they join.
After it goes
Replies sorted, results you can read
See who opened, who replied and which kinds of people respond best, in plain numbers. Replies are labeled by what people want, with a suggested answer.
- One inbox for answers. Interested, questions, not now, unsubscribe and out of office, each labeled.
- Answer in place. Your reply goes out in the same thread, by email or text.
- Results by campaign. Sent, opened, clicked and replied for every email in the sequence.

Ask Marsen
Or just ask
Every screen has a button to ask Marsen. “Who hasn’t heard from us in three months?” “Write a launch email for Friday.” “Why did this campaign get fewer replies?” It does the work and shows you the result to approve.
